Wine Description: Bright and vibrant pink, this sparkling rose enchants with a fine, persistent steam of bubbles! The nose bursts with aromas of white flowers and fresh fruit, while the palate is savory, harmonious, and inviting - a modern, elegant expression of sparkling wine. 

During vinification, the must is allowed brief skin contact to impart its delicate color. After primary fermentation, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in pressurized tanks (Charmat Method ) for 25-30 days at 64*F, followed by 7 days of cold stabilization at 26.6*F before filtration and bottling.  

A stylish aperitif, it pairs beautify with light snacks, appetizers and first courses.
